I love my dental hygienist, Melissa she’s knowledgeable very thorough and a joy to talk to during my visit at the office . their facility is exceptionally clean, and the customer service is outstanding. The entire experience is good from beginning to end you need to visit Dr. Rita yourself.

I only gave 5 stars because the system won’t let me give 10! I’m a new patient and my experience has been top notch in every respect. From communication to scheduling to all of the dental services I received, I can’t say enough about the professionalism and skill of this team. I think I interacted with every member of the practice and all were unfailingly polite, welcoming, empathetic, friendly, and extraordinarily capable. I very quickly realized I was in excellent hands. I feel so fortunate to have found my new dental ‘home’, and I would recommend this practice to you without reservation!

This is the most comfortable Dentist Office I have ever been to. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. They all made me feel at ease. The Dentist had to pull a tooth and you would not even know she pulled it. She explained everything as she when along and made you feel so at ease. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. I hate going to the dentist but going here was so comfortable.

No change in my review posts as of 6/27/23... 3 things about them: 1- Professional 2- Very good at their jobs 3- Always friendly ... it's obviously a great place to work! Melissa and Becky have been my dental hygienists doing my cleanings. Did a thorough but not a painful job.l Update 4/15/25: moving to St. Louis soon. My review of three years ago has no changes. Hard to find a better, more professional group of dental pro's!

First time visiting. The customer service, service provided, and education and options given were excellent! Finding this type of deserving in providers today is rare.

We were referred to Dr Rita by our parents who’ve always had the best experience in this clinic. They took such good care of my wife too, after finding out that my wife was experiencing pain with a tooth that was supposed to be extracted, they squeezed us in on the same day to be seen by Dr Rita! We were very thankful for that. Even though it was our first visit with them, we left feeling like they’ve known us for years, their front desk staff even remembered about our family trip dates mentioned days before by our dad, when we were scheduling our next visit with them. Very considerate, understanding and caring staff. Very pleased with our visit!

Dr Rita and her team are the best! It took me over 6 months to find her and I’m so glad I did. I needed extensive prosthodontics and unknown to me every dentist in Ohio can claim they are a prosthodontic because they took a three hour class to get their dental license but very few have actually had the training and education to actually be a prosthodontic dentist. I found none in summit county and only six in cuyahoga county I spoke with the dental assoc in Columbus and checked with my dental insurance company to get information. Dr Rita was one that my insurance company recommended. She has been excellent and her staff are terrific I highly recommend them

the people in that office are wonderful. they are happy as far as i can see and that means a lot to me. and they always call me be my preferred name. everyone always asks what it is but i have yet to be anywhere it is used. my last visit was especially great because i only waited about 5 minutes when i was called back for service. i am 86 years old and have seen a lot of dentists in my life, so far this group is my favorite.

Dr. Kutsikovich was so nice & personalized with me. I was unhappy wit H my dentures because my last dentist made My dentures in two different shades and they wouldn’t do anything about fixing their error !!!!!. When the doct Or met with me I felt spoiled and pampered. I found this dentist thru my medical insurance company and I am so happy I came into her. My dentures look so beautiful and white, I still can’t stop smiling at everybody. For the first time in years I can bit E into an apple and eat a steak with no problems. I refer everybody I know to her. It is a 45 minute drive from my house, but it is definitely worth the drive . I love Dr. Kutsikovich and her friend Lu staff, this was the best denta L visit I have had in my entire life. Thank you Dr. K!!! I love you a S much as I love my new big white smile.!!!!!!! I

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rita for the past 9 years - everything from general teeth cleanings to most recently my Invisalign treatment! Her knowledge and care has made such a difference in both my life and my smile. 🙂 The staff is a true highlight of this office & always make me feel so welcomed and cared for. Dentist recommended crowns for two front teeth. One was a replacement, the other for a tooth that was in danger of fracturing. I was apprehensive to say the least, and put it off, but now that it's done, I could not be more pleased. The lab's first attempt at matching the color was slightly off, and although I had to go back, and it all took longer than expected, the level of personalized service from both the dental office and their lab was second to none.

I wanted to thank Dr Rita and all of her amazing staff for treating my parents with the outmost love and respect! My father needed a lot of specialized care that only Dr Rita was able to provide. Unfortunately, chemo therapy did a lot of damage and he could not eat everything he wanted and was loosing his confidence. Dr Rita’s office welcomed him as their own family and gave him back what cancer had taken away. I can never thank Dr Rita and her staff enough for all their professionalism and kind hearts!

This was my first appointment with this practice. I was in the waiting room maybe 30 seconds after completing my paperwork before being taken back and put in a chair. My hygienist, Becky, was quick and very educational as she explained what she was seeing in my mouth as she went. Dr. Rita was clear and positive in explaining my treatment plan. The entire experience was very informational and I felt that the entire operation was more interested in my care than in billing.

The staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. Rita is so professional and explained everything. Had a filling come out. The staff got me in very fast and the staff are like artist and perfectionist. Dr Rita and her entire team have taken care of all my dental needs in a professional and compassionate manner. I have very sensitive teeth and they are the only dentist that were patient enough to let the rinse water warm up before rinsing. They go above and beyond to explain things, offer options, and help with billing.

Like many others, I am terrified of the dentist. Dr. Rita & all of her staff (clinical) and non clinical are AMAZING! They are all kind, patient, and always are welcoming like you are a family member. I have had fillings that cracked needing replaced and everyone made sure I was comfortable the whole process. I also had braces as a child, lost a retainer and teeth moved creating all kinds of spacing issues, had a scan for Invisalign and cannot be happier with my teeth! What a better and more comfortable way to get the smile I was looking for! Invisalign also helped me with reduction in grinding and I don’t have headaches from grinding either. I love my teeth and would highly recommend Dr. Rita 100% every day to everyone!!

Dr. Rita’s practice is outstanding. She and her staff are so kind and have great expertise. To have both in a dental practice is rare. I am so glad I found Dr.Rita.
